Mass Effect Legendary Edition's latest patch is now available on Steam and Origin. ![]() Other fixes include corrections to pre-rendered cutscenes, which were previously darker than intended after Mass Effect Legendary Edition's last update. Outside of the game's PC performance, Mass Effect's Legendary Edition has also received several bug fixes that include resolved trophy/achievement issues, addressed balance issues and quieter Mass Effect Relays in Mass Effect 1. The developers of the game have specifically listed Virmire within the game's patch notes, suggesting that this area of the game will see the largest performance increases. One new mission, the first of three chapters that make up The Remnant Investigation, will already be available on Thursday. On the multiplayer front, new maps, weapons and character will come as well as new APEX Missions. More free cosmetic items will also be added to the single player. Scott Ryder's romance options are also getting looked at. Looking at the following two months, the character creator, general character appearance, cinematic scenes and animations are all set to get improvements. I complained about how frustrating going from one planet to another can get when writing our Mass Effect: Andromeda PC Review and it's definitely good to see it getting addressed. Inventory size is getting increased, matchmaking and latency in multiplayer are also getting improved and players can now skip ahead when travelling between planets. ![]() In tune with this, the title is receiving a patch on Thursday which will address a handful of issues.
